Weekend Baking | Ring Doughnuts

I never knew that you could make baked doughnuts in a tin before this summer, so I really wanted to share this recipe, as it's so much healthier than frying them and it doesn't take long at all to have fresh doughnuts in your kitchen (the dream). You Will Need
150g of Self-Raising Flour
100g of Caster Sugar
120ml of Milk
2 Eggs
1tbsp Coconut Oil

To Make
1) Whisk the milk, oil and eggs together
2) Add the flour and sugar
3) Add the mixture to a doughnut tin and bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown
4) Decorate with sprinkles, cinnamon sugar or chocolate
