Weekend Baking | Healthy Pancakes

I'm back again with another weekend baking post and today I wanted to share one of my pancake recipes. However, these are different from the normal pancakes that I usually make. Believe it or not, these pancakes are guilt free and even easier to make than traditional pancakes. They don't have any flour or refined sugar in them, but will fill you up just the same. Read on to find out how to make them...

You Will Need
1 Egg
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup of Oats
Berries

To Make
1) Mash the banana in a mixing bowl
2) Add the oats, break the egg into the mixture and stir together
3) Heat some vegetable oil in a griddle pan and pour spoonfuls of the mixture in
4) Scatter over some berries
5) Gently heat on either side until cooked through
6) Serve with more berries, banana or maple syrup

What are your favourite pancakes to make?
