Tuesday | Pancake Day

Happy Pancake Day! As an extra post, I wanted to re-share my recipe for pancakes today. Sweet or savoury, it's a great excuse to get cooking and trying out new flavours or if you're more like me, sticking to classics. Read on to check out my blueberry pancake recipe...

You Will Need
150g of Self Raising Flour
150ml of Milk
2 tbsp of Sugar
50g of Blueberries
1 Egg
A Pinch Of Salt

To Make
1) Put the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl and make a well in the middle
2) Add the egg and milk and whisk until the batter is smooth
3) In a frying or griddle pan, add a little oil then spoon the mixture in (it should make six large pancakes)
4) Sprinkle the blueberries over the top of the pancakes and turn over once bubbles start to appear
5) Cook until golden brown then eat straight away!

What's your favourite pancake recipe?
