Weekend Baking | Berry Skillet Cake

I'm keeping it consistent on the weekend baking and raspberry theme this following week! Today I wanted to share my recipe for a berry skillet cake which I think is great at this time of year as it's warming and also quick to make. It's also refined sugar-free so there's definitely no guilt in eating this. Read on to check out the recipe and see some more pictures...

You Will Need
1 Medium Egg
50g of Self-Raising Flour
50g of Unsalted Butter
1tbsp of Honey or Maple Syrup
1tsp of Ground Cinnamon

To Make
1) In a large bowl, mix the egg, flour, butter, honey and cinnamon together
2) Transfer it to a skillet pan and dot the raspberries around the mixture
3) Bake at 180° for around 25-30 minutes
4) Serve with fresh berries and/or ice-cream
