Weekend Baking | Hasselback Potatoes

I was in charge of Sunday lunch last week and I thought that I would give hasselback potatoes a go, as they always look really good and make a change from the traditional roast potatoes that, to be honest, I'm not crazy about. They are easy to make and would go with a range of dishes, so read on to find out how to make them...

You Will Need
10-12 Baby Potatoes
Olive Oil
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Chopped Parsley

To Make
1) Wash the potatoes and then slice down each of them, being careful not to cut all the way through
2) Melt the butter and then pour it over the potatoes, along with the oil, salt and pepper
3) Bake at 180° for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown
4) Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top and serve

How do you like to serve potatoes?

  1. They look delicious! I've never tried these but I love roast veggies so this would be a nice way to change it up a little! :)

Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend :) Our summer heatwave is continuing, today will be a quiet day in the aircon I think!
