Weekend Baking | Apple & Walnut Loaf


Happy Weekend! Today I wanted to share my apple and walnut loaf recipe. It takes no time at all to prepare and it will fill your kitchen with the most wonderful winter spiced scent! As usual, this recipe is refined sugar-free, so read on to find out how to make it and to check out some more pictures...


You Will Need
250g of Self Raising Flour
120g of Unsalted Butter
2tbsp of Honey or Maple Syrup
75g of Cooked Apples
1tsp of Ground Cinnamon
1tsp of Ground Ginger
30ml of Apple Juice
2 Eggs

To Make
1) Place the flour, butter, honey and eggs in a bowl and mix until combined
2) Add the apple juice and stir
3) Add the ginger, cinnamon and apples
4) Transfer to a loaf tin and bake at 180° for 45-55 minutes or until cooked through
