Breakfast | Baked Porridge


As I'm sure I've mentioned hundreds of times before, I'm not a fan of the cold at all and so, over the past few weeks, I've been looking for warming breakfast recipes. I stumbled across the idea of baked porridge and gave it a go with really promising results! Read on to check out my recipe for baked porridge, you can customise it however you like, keeping the base the same...


You Will Need
1 Mug of Rolled Oats
Half a Mug of Milk
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Ginger
Maple Syrup
Apple
Flaked Almonds

To Make
1) Stir the oats, milk and maple syrup together in a bowl
2) Add the cinnamon and ginger 
3) Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 180° for 20 minutes
4) Serve with sliced apple and flaked almonds
