Weekend Baking | Peanut Butter Cookies

It's been so long since I've last done a weekend baking post as I've been away and had no time to make any treats! However, I've rectified that this week by making a batch of peanut butter cookies. They're so easy to make and refined sugar-free, (but I don't think that you can taste the difference at all) so read on to check out the recipe and some more pictures...

You Will Need
150g of Self-Raising Flour
75g of Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
50g of Unsalted Butter
1 Egg

To Make
1) Combine the butter and peanut butter together in a large mixing bowl
2) Sift in the flour and add the egg
3) Combine everything together until the mixture forms a dough
4) Evenly ball the dough and press down on each with a fork until flat
5) Bake at 180° for around 15-20 minutes

Have you baked anything this week?
