Book Paper Crafts

It's been quite a while since I've given anything craft-related a go and so this week I set about to remedy that! Today I wanted to share three different crafts that you can do with an old book, they're all really easy to do, require minimum additions and look great as an end result. Read on to check out what they are...

Book Trees
I've been making book trees for a while now and once you get into the swing, it's easy to make them whilst watching TV. They look really pretty as ornaments and you can pop a bauble on the top of them and fold out some wings to make an angel come Christmastime.
Check out how to make them here

 Paper Flowers
These paper flowers take no time at all to make and look really beautiful. All you need is some squares of paper and glue and you're away! I also think that they would be nice attached on to some sticks and arranged in a vase for an alternate flower arrangement, so that's what I'll be trying next.

Paper Fan
This craft definitely took the longest but I was happy with how it turned out in the end. I think that this would look really nice hung up on the wall with other fans of different sizes too. After I'd finished, I added a jeweled button to the middle of my fan for a bit of sparkle!
Check out how to make it here

Have you tried any crafts recently?

  6. Gorgeous post Rosanna, you are so gifted! I go to a craft workshop once a fortnight, and we tried making things from book pages. I made a hedgehog, I have it sitting on my windowsill. I will have to try the creations you made, they look fun to make, I especially love the flower, and the idea of making a bouquet with them. Have a great day! :-) xx
