This week I decided to get a bit diy again! Sugar scrubs are one of the most natural ways to exfoliate and soften the skin and making your own means that you know exactly what goes into it and don't have to worry about any toxic residue blocking your skin pores. It's especially good for sensitive skin and is much more hydrating than salt scrubs. Read on to check out how I made it and to see some more pictures...
You Will Need
150g of Sugar (I used granulated but brown or caster will also work)
1 Orange
Mint Leaves
To Make
1) Juice the orange making sure that the pips are removed
2) Mix the juice into the sugar
3) Finely chop your mint leaves and stir into the scrub
4) Store in an airtight jar or use immediately
Have you ever made your own sugar scrub?
