Weekend Baking | Vegetable Pizza

Pizza is one of my favourite foods but I pretty much never think to make it myself. It always seems so much easier to buy or order for delivery but the other day I decided that I was going to make my own. It was actually very simple to do and tasted really good. For this one that I'm sharing today, I just used what I had in the fridge but I'm definitely going to try out some other toppings next time I make it! You Will Need

150g of Bread Flour

1tsp of Yeast

1tsp of Salt

1tsp of Olive Oil

100ml of Warm Water

Tomato Passata

Grated Cheese

Vegetables

Oregano & Basil

To Make

1) In a bowl, combine the bread flour, yeast and salt

2) Make a well in the middle and pour in the water and olive oil

3) Mix together, knead the dough for 5 minutes then cover in the bowl for 20 minutes

4) Once the dough is ready, stretch it onto an oiled baking tray

5) Pour the passata over then decorate with grated cheese, vegetables and the oregano and basil

6) Bake at 240° for ten minutes or until golden brown.
